Had to have a wee giggle on the Embrace latest story, where the “supposed” customer ordered their Embrace gear Thursday night and it was in Australia by Sunday – and that was “insane” and the gear “devine”. Gees Simple Simon – all your words to a T!!

I saw yesterday some comments about the investment properties. Still nothing showing up (under their names, Simone’s multiple names or their company names) so either they purchased off plans and this is taking a verrrrrrrryyyy long time to issue title or it’s a lie. Assuming they were new builds, if they purchased off the same builder/developer then it could be that titles haven’t issued yet, although she claimed ownership on a different site well over a year ago. Majority of developers are somewhat on track and have issued titles by now (granted there are some still outstanding due to covid and supply delays). So I will keep checking and if, and that’s a big if, it turns out they do own them then I will be sure to update us all.

Erin Simpson has bambini too for her baby, I’m sure they’re still ridiculously expensive but at least she chooses ones that fit and are actually cute. Simone just has terrible taste.

To be fair if the builds are in Christchurch (I can’t remember if she said that or if we said it here or what?) then there very well could be delays.. I know a few people that have been waiting well over a year for titles to come through

Yup it could be delays for sure as there definitely are some taking a while. That said I personally wouldn’t claim I owned a property until title issued and ownership in my name.

Did you see how quickly Asher closed the screw bit box and then jumped up when she said his name. She’s trained him not to touch anything he’s not allowed to so she didn’t have to baby proof and he looked so anxious when she said his name.
