Miranda and the Prof made so much more sense. We all saw it coming and then saw the awkward change of tack. Cynthia should stick to acting and keep the direction and script writing to the experts (ha, but you know what I mean).

I'm currently rewatching it on a streaming site, there are bits that are dated or just ve4y un PC etc but overall I am so amazed for how progressive it was for when it was made. It just makes me hate AJLT more as none of the characters make sense

Re Miranda- C just pushing her personal preferences and I agree it has ruined AJLT. Aidan, not Aidan, now such a wuss. He is not Carries type.

They could have made this fun, second time around dating, but no, they are trying to make political messages that fall flat with the original SATC fan base.

At this stage, I'd love it if season 3 was just a Pat Field-costumed spin-off featuring Samantha's adventures in London. What's going to be fun to watch about it? Carrie moping about waiting for Aiden to arrive back from the sticks, Miranda U-Hauling with some worthy, social justice warrior type and Charlotte's kids inexplicably getting 5 hours of screen time even though they're boring AF? Where can they possibly go with it now?
