I wasn't surprised to read that AJLT was renewed for S3 as it's so marmitey but OG fans and newbies are enjoying it. My viewing experience has really been enhanced by posting on here and reading everyone's hilarious comments and insights. It's odd, being autistic and a bit naive, I didn't realise quite how awful Carrie was on SATC but she's absolutely dreadful 😢

Yes this annoyed me so much, especially The Russian. Kinda offensive really, like it would sound pretty racist if he was from elsewhere. Eg. The Indian, the Asian, the African.

I quite liked that none of them used Big's name at all and that it was revealed in the final episode. Although I always think could they not have come up with something more impressive than John!!!

This feels intentional to me, she sees him as this unique, mysterious, dark and handsome man that she’s magnetised to, but he’s actually just another John.

Is it too much to hope for that the next season announcement is a deepfake and that Kim’s scene is under a very strong embargo and the call to ‘Carrie’ is where she tells her AJLT is really tit and not being renewed and ends with her breaking the third wall and turning to the camera and raising her Dirty Martini to the viewing public before saying simply ‘You’re Welcome’?
 
First time posting on this thread! I was a HUGE SATC fan, and for my sins I was a Big fan (don’t shoot me) and I never really liked Aiden at all. I always felt he wanted to change her….insisting she stopped smoking and hated the apartment straight away! Even hated him in movie number 2! BUT I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt when I heard he was in this! But actually I still can’t stand him! Carrie would NEVER sell her apartment, it’s been the centre of the whole thing!!!!!!
I don’t know what the hell the writers are doing!!! As for Miranda……don’t even get me started! Charlottes overacting grated on me at first but I’d go as far to say she’s the best one in it at the moment 🤣😂🙈

BIG fan here too. Chris Noth was so gorgeous in Law and Order. I so hope the allegations aren't true...but I fear otherwise.

Aiden is a wet fart in a cowpat.
 
I've got to admit, even though this series has been like watching a car crash through my fingers on many occasions, I was kinda looking forward to tomorrow's finale, just to see how they wrapped it all up. Now we know it's going to limp on to a third series, I feel a bit cheated, like it's going to be an anti climax!

They obviously planned to keep it going from the off, I mean, even we have been discussing plots they've only just brought in- LTW's latest revelation, Wyatt possibly coming between Carrie & Aiden, Steve's new venture etc. Even if we get a massive cliffhanger tomorrow, I'm not that arsed now 🤣
