Exactly, she left with dignity and showed that she had enough sense to know her character had been turned into a cheap parody and the new show (and last 2 film scripts) were a dogs dinner. There’s no way that season 3 is going to dramatically improve AJLT, they are still just rehashing the same tired stories like Aiden . Best to give it a wide berth, she apparently already got them to pay a million for the short cameo she did last season.

It’s a tit show for most part because there’s no Samantha. If she’d agreed to be on it, viewers would have their favourite character and they wouldn’t have introduced so many pointless new people. Maybe not even Che!

Agree, we also wouldn’t have to endure that awful pointless Seema character either who they desperately wanted to make the next Samantha! No chance!

Samantha was my favourite in SATC and I was a die hard fan… went to NY for my 21st to do the tour even but I don’t hate AJLT. Even though it is so different in every way and I unite in the che and woke pushing hate, it makes me feel nostalgic and I like watching it.

I didn’t think she would be back. She hates pretty much everyone involved with the show. She shot her cameo alone in a warehouse or something last season.

Very true, far too glam. Though it's a funeral, it would have to be someone Aidan knows which rules out a lot of the recurring characters including that woman whose name sounds like a euphemism for a fanny.

I reckon it's not really a funeral at all but some pretentious event where the dress code is black. They're standing outside a theatre which doesn't really scream funeral.

This show is peak stupidity though so they've probably killed off Aidan's entire family, Samantha, Steve and Che in a plane crash.
