I think she’s almost convinced Ela that she’s got anxiety because it’s easier to do that than actually parent her. She’s never off her phone.
Everything about Sevda is TikTok, she’ll mash up a 6 year olds jacket spud and open a packet of crisps up for her before she’ll show her how to do it herself because then she’s not away from her phone for too long. I feel sorry for these kids with “influencer” parents, not only do they get their face and their feelings plastered all over the internet they’re competing for their mums attention with a phone.
