Apparently they were waiting to transfer in the Autumn and this was all a big 'surprise' but could still be twins. She'd probably have said when she announced though so maybe not.

I'm not surprised he's no interest - I work in luxury real estate abroad and have done in major metropolis cities and the UK market just isn't the same. The only place you could potentially do it is London and even then there's a major under supply of sprawling mansions with sea view and private beach access (and constant sunshine) honestly the only place in Europe it could work going on that angle is South of France / Monaco.
