I have a question about Amanza. Someone asked about that before. High fashion clothes, glam on point, good clothes on kids, commisions from selling houses, trips to Greece and she is still 'a poor one sleeping on the couch'. Im from Europe, maybe here poor is different in USA 😅

And second thing, Mary said that Christine is married for money. Christine and the new one from london said something about rich husbands (maybe it was transleted sliglghy diffrent from what they said) but dont you think its offencive for their husbands? Like saying that is tv, family and kids can watch that, pretty sad.
And last but not least - OFFICE MENAGER - it must be a joke. Talking bullshit all the time or having a mouth open.

Maybe Amanda can use the money to rent/buy a place of her own. I don’t see the point in wearing high fashion when you have no place of your own to stay..?

Is she ‘sleeping on the couch’ because she can’t afford to rent or buy a place big enough and so is either renting a 1 bed with her kids sharing the bedroom and her on the sofa or a 2 bedroomed place with the two children in a bedroom each and again, her on a sofa bed? They live in an expensive city, housing isn’t cheap. I don’t know what the arrangement is with her ex in terms of alimony or child support. If she’s not receiving financial support from her ex, it’s not unreasonable that she might still be struggling to pay for everything on her salary alone. If you think back to the beginning of SS, Maya mentioned the bulk of her business being ‘£500k condos’ and letting/leases, I don’t think Oppenheim agents are all moving six figure commission houses, month in-month out. Plus they pay the baldy twins a cut of every commission, marketing costs also have to be deducted, taxes etc. Obviously it’s still not to be sniffed at but it’s not as simple as sell the house = pocket $100,000.

I completely understand your perspective but personally, I would not be wearing high fashion if I was sleeping on a couch.

I get it but some of those clothes may be borrowed for the show (stylists etc) or past season bargains. Plus she probably has to present an element of keeping up with the joneses in terms of designer fashion in her job as it seems to be so focused on appearance and looking ‘the part’ in front of clients. I doubt she could get away with Zara.

*nowt wrong with Zara btw. I just don’t think it would wash in that part of the industry, with their clientele.

If you watched my video from above, most of the ladies are told to wear high heels or boots. The showrunner hates flats. Also, most of the ladies have a stylist that's paid for by Netflix. Every TV show has a fashion/styling budget. I am sure Amanza in private cannot afford most of the clothes they are wearing.

Not sure if I did see the video or not but yes your post 100% makes sense!

Isn't her ex officially a missing person so unlikely to be supporting her!

Did you see that?
