I agree with this, I was quite impressed by how honest they were about that when they split (yes I know the bar is low) because it’s such a big thing for so many women in particular.

Ah okay! Thank you both, yeah that is a perfectly valid reason and very mature of them both to have that talk early on. It would really suck to invest so much time into a relationship and then learn much later that you disagree on something as fundamental as whether or not you want kids.

So I thought I’d come here and put my two pence in.
ive never liked Chrishell. I didn’t like the way she announced Maya’s pregnancy, I’m sorry but she didn’t even really apologise for it afterwards either, even after Maya had explained that she struggles with pregnancy and didn’t want everyone knowing. I found it incredibly disrespectful of Chrishell. Also I’ve never understood why Davina took all the flack for talking about Mary’s relationship. It was Chrishell asking Davina questions and she was just answering them.
She comes across this innocent girl but she’s not, she’s a suck up and wants to be mega famous and I think that’s why she hates Christine so much as she sees how famous she is and she can only dream of that kinda fame.
also I feel we didn’t get the full story with her divorce from Justin and again it was just a ploy for us to all feel sorry for her. She’s an absolute witch deep down but pretends to be this sweet innocent girl.
Mary is bizarre to me. She’s clearly on something all the time as her twitchy behaviour actually knocks me bad. Her relationship with Romain is weird to me as she seems more obsessed with Jason. Also I heard they were already married before season 1
I actually kinda like Davina and again I think a lot of her stuff is brought up for the tv show. I follow her on Instagram and she’s actually really sweet and very engaging with her fans and I love how honest she is
i love Maya too and I feel so bad for what she’s been through, it can’t have been easy. I’d love a spin off show for her thou. I love her and Miami and I’d love to see her thrive there.
Amanza bores me and I don’t like how she caused chew between Mary and Christine but now she’s up Christine’s ass. Makes no sense but again I think alot of that was for the camera as amanza and Christine have been friends for years
Heather is just an embarrassment. She’s just a total airhead and she’s only interested if ya blowing smoke up her ass.
i don’t like emmma or Vanessa. They seem like pointless additions and I honestly think Emma was only brought in to stir drama in the season
i have always had a soft spot for Christine. I don’t deny she hasn’t caused trouble but again I think a lot of it was for ratings for the show. I think she could have left Chrishell alone while she was dealing with the grief of losing her parents but beside from that, I then feel Chrishell has made a career of the back of her feud with Christine so I don’t blame Christine still giving her jip
i have to admit this season was a waste of time. The drama was so pathetic and pointless and seeing how much the girls hanged up on Christine in the last season made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I had such anxiety watching the show and felt it was a struggle to get through. If it is that bad in the office it needs to be sorted professionally by Jason and Brett. Imagine if we went on like that at a works event? We’d probably be sacked the next day!
If I’m honest it makes the company look incredibly unprofessional and if I was a multi millionaire I would not want to be dealing with a company where the women are incredibly catty and unprofessional. Like you’re at a work event! Have some decorum ffs!
i really hope season 5 goes back to its roots and focuses on the houses because it’s not a nice watch anymore with all the drama.
also, I believe Christine was pregnant and Chrishell and Jason were deffo a PR stunt and Mary is deffo on drugs

Ive got a feeling they won’t be able to top seasons 1-3. Surely they can’t get bigger listings then Davinas failed 75M listing by that scary Adnan or Jason’s listing for 50M. (A news article says 35.5 but I’m sure on the show it was 50?)
For season 5 the Chrishell and Jason romance better be interesting. I know Mary is happily married now but surely you wouldn’t get with your friends ex who they share a dog with and is also conveniently both your boss. I’m interested to see how this will all come out.
All S5 needs is a punch up between Christine and Emma, some kind of cheating scandal (Romain, Tarek.. are there anymore husbands?) Brett & Jason to fall out and Brett leaves to open his own brokerage. Some actual juicy stuff. But here’s hoping

I am from Norcal (Northern California). Houses can be listed at higher prices but may lose value if they sit on the market for a while and have issues during inspection. Also, all cash offers with no contingencies (waiving off inspection or appraisal or loans) wins over which might be low value for sellers but money is money.
Also, not sure if everyone noticed this, Jason and Brett always have a different house in each season. They basically trump boost their own listing throughout the show/season and then sell it afterwards and move in to a bigger home. Another consideration, house/property taxes in California state is the highest in USA and is 1% of the value of the house. So, when people usually sell for a low value compared to the actual value, it's usually to reduce taxes.
