I wonder if there's something else in the pipeline, if they are resurrecting an old story about his alleged misbehaviour? It all seems a bit odd if it was 6 years ago and he was found not to have done anything wrong.
 
Does anyone remember when Gregg got involved in a drunken punch-up at a hotel? It was years ago, got in all the papers. I thought the BBC might have sacked him then, but somehow he clung on.
And then there was something I saw (it might have been on here) about how on Masterchef he was always coming out with crude innuendo to female contestants between takes. Which I can absolutely believe. (And Torode always looks pig sick of him too).

ETA: Private Eye did this rather fine pisstake at the time.

Did you sense that he didn’t have much of a relationship with his mother, I did 🤔 I think it was when he said he replied to the email she sent him telling him the truth!

Because the Sun or someone else has done some digging or talked to sources for any BBC scandal they find, I would imagine, given the Edward's thing.

Well let me tell you, I've met him in person for Inside The Factory, he came to our works to film..

Let me correct myself, a film crew came to my work to film for Inside The Factory, they were on site 4 days. Over a 24hr period, Greg(g) was on site about 3 hrs, and my oh my, what a twit he was.

Firstly, he arrived around 10am, he was presented with a hair net and white coat and foot cover, he refused the hair net, (he was instantly told by the QA he would not be given access to any area unless he wore the hair net), he asked not to be approached (which wasnt possible anyway) During his 2.5 hr walk around and false filming in which he spoke to the camera guy like tit and the Economist lady from the show like shitz he was shown about three diffrent area's of production (were the staff who he spoke to, had been given a few days notice as to what he'd ask and what the reply should be) it was all very false and shameful really, and although the program did show our production is a fabulous light, Greg(g) was a very small part of any of it.

Ha we seem to always catch that show when my
FIL is round for dinner. We take the piss out of it. It’s sooooo bad. “Where’s my “#insert product#”. Total rubbish.
 
He drives me mad how he’s always sat there grinning with the Michelin star chefs at chef’s table on Masterchef, getting his snout in the trough.
And the way he pronounces “celeriac” (celery yak) drives me up the wall too. I know that’s probably irrational.

This actually sounds like me watching Masterchef Professionals while my Mr is like "ffs can we just watch it" 😂😂
 
I read he was leaving inside the factory ages ago and thinking YASSSS as I can’t stand him but I watch it anyway as I’m a nerd that likes to know how things get made.There is a new series on at the moment and he’s still bloody on it!!!!! When the hell is he going? It’s like the dogshit on your shoe, no matter how much you bleach it, there still a lingering odour….
