Heard of a tanning salon where bed users would occasionally feel the need to piss or tit in the bins in the rooms. There was a toilet for customers to use.

Absolutely bloody stupid because the beds had to be booked, paid (often in blocks as cheaper) & checked after each user ready for tge next so it was obvious who was just a nasty fucker & promptly banned.

I think it was because she might have been the first celeb to have her wedding ‘sponsored’ so obviously (not the first one to do it, but I think Cadbury’s might have been a bit low rent took). I don’t think anyone would bat an eyelid these days as we’re used to influencers shilling just about anything, unless it was something really tacky like *ahem* Greggs. Also Anthea Turner was really loathed at the time, so it was just another excuse for everyone to stick the boot in.

The great thing about the whole thing was the free Snowflake chocolate bar with every issue of the OK wedding special

I do not get Daisy at all. This Country was genius, unlike anything before, genuinely new and exciting. Kerry Mucklowe is a character for the ages.

Am I Being Unreasonable? was good - it was the twist that sold it more than a lot of the episodes but still good.


but as a human being, she just seems a bit of a train wreck lurching from one mess to another, bleeping up her face with injections, being so consistently unfunny on the telly that it almost seems like performance art. She was Kerry Mucklowe ffs. I hate to say it because it’s so ‘of course it was the man’ but maybe her brother had more to do with TC then was suggested.

Well both of those involved a writing partner and I’m now of the opinion that they were the funny ones.

I didn’t really get This Country but I realise it’s held in high esteem.

I think it’s the Fleabag effect. People see PWB and associate her with being a big shot writer and so they assume this other woman from a different comedy is going to be the same.

I think similar with Diane Morgan / Philomena Cunk. I rated her and then I found out she doesn’t even write the material. It feels like you’ve been hoodwinked a bit.

Was this in Brighton by any chance? A friend of a friend of mine had the runs while on the sunbed and shat in one of the bins.he then just did a runner. He was a right mouthy twit and had probably been on the coke, so no sympathy from me. Dirty bastard 💩🤬🤬🤬

I was living in London then and its the smell of flowers that i remember most about that time .

Lewis was/is unwell and taking time off to recover.
I like jokes, but it's been very well documented that he's had mental health problems and has tourettes.
