Tigger20's assessment is probably more accurate. The best you can say is blanck is being run at a loss to offset any tax liabilities elsewhere, but is he smart enough for that? Doubt it.
The problem is that post is creative writing. We've no idea from the public documents if it's earning him coin or not. My post was we don't know, it could be in dire states or could be profitable.

I see Tigger has corrected their corp tax post, but still doesn't understand it's on gross profits not revenue. No offense but they clearly don't know wha they're talking about at all.

He may be thick but it's easy to employ an account to make smart choices.

It's not a seperate entity, there's only one blanc limited company.

I don't know anything about this but there are two separate companies on Companies House. One for Menswear and one for Womenswear and they have separate company numbers and different incorporated dates.

Ah thanks after the 30% corp tax on revenue I'd not looked up to check and assumed it was a mistake 😆. Yeah it is seperate companies. Another reason why we've no clue how well it's doing as Gavin Alan MATTINSON is the brains behind it and it's probably set up financially well for their own profit.

Yes. A bachelor in commerce, a bachelor in law and 18 years in corporate law means I’m merely creative writing.

You seem awfully offended by my assessment of the situation. I’m wondering why that is.

The whole point of the micro accounts is to allow the ordinary person to look at a company to see whether it’s a safe bet giving them credit. If I were advising the ordinary person on Blanc Menswear, I’d tell them that the company is on shaky territory.

But by all means, gaslight me and tell me I’m talking rubbish.

You can’t even try and convince me of “carry over”. Blanc Menwear over the last 12 months has found itself owing £42k to creditors and that debt is due within the next 12 months.

Show me the vast amounts of revenue in the books that tells me it’s capable of paying that £42k....please. Knock yourself out.

It’s so easy to wave your finger and call this “creative writing” and then tell me the company records don’t show the reality. It may not. But the whole point of the micro accounts is to give a realistic snapshot of a business to those who may wish to become creditors of the business.

And quite frankly, hell would freeze over before I loaned a dime.

I can go into Gavin Mattinson’s financials too if you like....

NG Clothing is doing slightly better. At least it’s assets and liabilities match. The problem with NG is similar. Bought a huge tonne of clothing, which is an asset, owes a tonne of money, which is the cost of clothing. So it’s making no more than £5k profit which I call a big fat waste of effort. That tells me that there is insufficient markup on the products to even warrant bothering....

Shall I continue?

The good news for Mattinson is that he didn’t piss money up the wall on other things than just stick, unlike Blanc menswear....because you know, Mexican holidays and all that.

But okay.

It’s cReATiVe WrITiNG.

And yet you have significant trouble understanding the most basic of things like the corp tax level and that it's due on profits not revenue. So excuse me if I think you're just another person online pretending to be something they're not. The fact you proclaim so much that you're an expert despite posts that show next to no understanding says it all.

I'm not offended by your posts, calling you out on presenting a wishful thinking as a fact.

Right then. Let’s leave it at that. I wrote revenue not profit which I wholly and sincerely apologise for. Problem is, the books show barely revenue let alone profit.

Right then, let’s carry on, shall we?

Sean and Gavin are shutting womenswear because it’s a dead duck.

And we are all horrified and deeply sad because it showed such promise.

I wonder what business venture we will see next.

That said, if I wanted lingerie like they were selling, I would have purchased string from the hardware store.

I think it's best to agree to disagree. Talking about company house financials on tattle is one of my least favourite topics as they don't show the complete picture so it's difficult to know anything for certain.

Another view is the womenswear was set up because men's was profitable and it avoids gambling that if it's seperate 🤷‍♀️

I don't think Sean is going broke - he posted his affiliate link that showed 10k a month coming in last year. He only needs a thousand people to pay to make 6 figures a year. The posts on twitter and elsewhere seem to show there's lots that will.

The real question is are the only fans earnings being declared? Even the selling dirty socks should be declared 🤢

I’m guessing one of the big sticking points towards the end with Olivia was that she wasn’t liking the gay stuff. Making it very difficult for him to film content. Meaning loss of subscriptions or sales. She was putting her foot down on it and it mean less money.

But again, that’s me merely hypothesising.

Don't forget the bum dribble pants too 🤮

I also agree with this. And I think that's why he isn't doing his most to get her back as he knows he will have to stop GayForPay work if they get back together.

Talking hypothesising over people’s finances is enough to kill any thread.
What I really want to read is important must knows. Like what is the status of the garden hand rail!!?

Correct! While I’ve seen water be more solvent than those companies, I think this is where the real question lies.

We don’t need to worry about it being a mobility handrail. Sean has no intention of having anyone in that house over the age of 22.
