Anybody that works for DWP should have a justifiable business reason to access anyone's private information so for example I am only allowed to access customer accounts that I am linked to. I couldn't look up friends, family, or any Joe bloggs.
With an IP address (this lie that influencers spread explained here) , none of us have the capabilities to do that it would be more a cyber security team.
