I’m living the furniture, it looks similar to the hostel I stayed at in Wales in 1985
I also have a good friend who is cabin crew. Honestly the stories he tells me. What passengers do not realise is they have the seating plan and names of all passengers and it is fed back to HQ for all crew to see. They will be fuming at her comments and I do not think she will get “premium” treatment on her way home. The training - as you will know - is intense and hardworking. I hope she is denied booking any legroom seats from now on as she has openly said she will not help anyone if the occasion occurred. You have these seats on the understanding that in case of emergency etc. also as your family member has probably told you - they say hello to everyone when they board to access how you are and they are within every right to remove her from the emergency exit seats - whether she has paid or not
