I tried to start a new thread but it seems I don't have the required privileges/ post numbers to do so sorry, but I looked through the most liked posts and this one seems to be the most popular title (except for the post with ~7 title options but I wasn't sure which one to pick out of those). If someone could make a new thread ASAP that would be great!

Yeah very normal where I live too to abandon shoes in Summer however even though I’m in a coastal town too, we still wear shoes (usually just thongs or slides) to the supermarket/cafes/shops. Does anyone believe she has actually read studies about grounding or do you think she saw an Instagram post about it or another YouTuber talk about it? 😂
