Sarah’s Day #75 extensions dishevelled, her body a vessel, rude to followers but what’s new for Sessel?

I don’t know if it’s just in NZ, maybe different in Auz? But here in NZ we are strongly advised against eating soft cheese and fermented foods such as sauerkraut for the bacterial health risks to baby. She is eating those two daily for lunch 😳 And getting her hair dyed as well? That’s also advised against here. I know we don’t all follow the rules but…
All soft cheeses in Aus are pasteurised so there is no issue. Hair dye has been debunked I believe not sure about fermented foods but have never heard that one here

Soft cheese, fermented foods and deli meats are all things recommended to pregnant women not to eat here in Australia. All of which we have seen her eat.

I used that website as a guide when I was pregnant.

Is anyone else not giving a single duck about the name? IMO if you can type your name with an emoji it’s assuredly ridiculous.

Nope, don't give a tit what she calls her kid. Just want us to steal her thunder by figuring it out.

She's already trying to build hype so she can monetise the name reveal 🤮 But if everyone guesses it, or thinks they have like with M (Micah), no one will care.

Same! I feel like the emojis need to be taken with a grain of salt because 1) she’s not smart enough to be that clever with them and 2) as you said she’s milking this so hard, so she wouldn’t do anything too accurate because she doesn’t want give it away that easily.

Honestly these recommendations can be a bit over the top. They also recommend no hommus due to the sesame seeds which can be a salmonella risk but when you look at the studies the risk of salmonella from sesame seeds is so low even for pregnant people. I know plenty of people who have had deli meats or runny eggs while pregnant and been fine. It's riskier to eat prepackaged salad/lettuce than deli meat... I asked my OB when I was pregnant and he was pretty relaxed about it all. The risk for most of these are pretty low so individuals can weigh up the risk themselves. The only thing I would 100% stay away from is illicit drugs, alcohol, contact sports and smoking. Not sticking up for Sarah as I am in no way a fan but there are plenty of other things to hold her accountable rather than what she's eating while pregnant

If people here would follow all recommended guidelines I would probably be in bed for whole 9 months in a desinfected room or something. I think as well that it is more problematic how she barely feeds her family 😂😂😂.

But that’s your choice, deli meats, soft cheeses, runny eggs all carry a risk of listeria and if listeria impacts a fetus it can cause very serious complications. The statistics are very low, but nobody wants to be the 1 in 100 or whatever the stat is that it impacts. It’s 40 weeks, if you can’t go without soft cheese for 40 weeks 🤷‍♀️

The boys schedules? Have I missed something?
What else do they have scheduled other than childcare? 🤔

Yeah exactly it's her choice so why care about nit picking something like that when heaps of pregnant people chose to eat it. Marika Day is a dietician influencer and often ate against recommendations (runny eggs among other things) I don't see people making a fuss about that. I just think this isn't the hill to die on, there are far more things to call her out on.

Just like it’s sessels choice to eat them too 😂

I’m definitely leaning toward something somewhat religious and definitely related to being a ‘cool surfy groom’, something like Oakley, Isaiah, Elijah, Finley/Finn, Noah, River, etc
I’m feeling Isaiah or Leo (not sure what that has to do with a mountain, or why I bleeping CARE but I can’t help but guess 😫) and honestly, those names she had up were all two+ syllable. Makes me think the first name is one syllable? But if it’s two, Isaiah is at the top of my guess list, if it’s one syllable:
- Jeez
- Christ
- Ham
- Cash
- Mount
- Tain
- Soul
- God

So if her eyes were covered for the 'procedure' at the facialist who took the photo?? Do influenzas ask the aesthetician or assistant to photograph them? Always been curious about this. I thought you're supposed to be relaxing...

Her pick my girl persona is insufferable, but it always has been. So many people are exhausted because they don’t sleep and are awake from 2am. Pregnant or not. Boohoo too tired to go to the gym. Guess what? They have to still function and go do a full day at work.
Also EVERY pregnant woman is uncomfortable by 38 weeks on. Even earlier so you’re not special Sarah…
