Did we ever work out if they did infact spend 3 mil on a knock down re build? Cause if so..oof, why

Not 100% confirmed but the listing that was found matched the details Sarah shared - it was in the area they stayed in and was sold via auction on the day Sarah said she'd bought the house.

I'll bet it's the reason she doesn't want to show the house any time soon and probably won't until it's being rebuilt. She'll know we'll be able to match it to listing photos and confirm it. Mind you, it'll be confirmed eventually because if they want to rent it out they'll have to advertise it and then we'll know the address 🤷🏻‍♀️

She probably also knows she'll cop further backlash for knocking down a perfectly livable house purely because it doesn't match her bland aesthetic. So the less she shows right now the better for her.

If it is the house that has been mentioned it is in an interesting area. In the last couple of years with Sydney people moving to the area it has changed but definitely not a top pick.
wouldn’t think it would’ve been good enough for Sezzzy

my thoughts as well! It seems wildly under researched. I don’t see many brands choosing to travel to the central coast for photoshoots. As you say, in past years it’s picked up a lot as young families can’t afford Sydney but the central coast still very much is viewed as a bogan/tit area and generally avoided by typical Sydney siders (aka her potential clients). I don’t imagine many marketing teams from Surry hills jumping at the idea of travelling to the coast just for a house. These people don’t like crossing the harbour bridge so would probably rather fly to somewhere like Byron in the same time as it would be to drive to sezzys house. She should have looked at north Sydney or the northern beaches but probably couldn’t afford to do the same thing there. It’s very odd. It’s going to have to be something really special and something you can’t find anywhere else

Also unless she decides to buy a helicopter I can't imagine her making this commute very often, she barely ever leaves Cronulla! Can't wait for the eventual meltdowns when Kurt is hours away doing the renovations :ROFLMAO:

Her calling these 'daily vlogs' are absolutely pathetic. A 2 minute Youtube short does not a VLOG make. Ridiculous and baitey AF. Not to mention they are not VLOGs in the slightest. What a cop out, her pretending she's putting in work when they're just shorts. That consumers HATE and it is just money hungry Sarah capitalising on the push of shorts for monetization from youtube. SMH

N’ville?

Noraville.

I'll add the house to the wiki at some point so we have a record, but for those who didn't see the link shared in the last thread, here's a screenshot of the listing.

Edit: kinda pointless in blurring the address as it's super easy to find but don't want to outright dox her.

That is truly crazy. Like others have said, idk who they think will want to rent out their place and if they were going to spend that much why not get something on the northern beaches.

the fact they paid that much just for the land and they’ll no doubt be building some monstrosity when everyone else is struggling big time is seriously out of touch.

not surprised in the slightest though

It says sold for $4.28 million 🤢 I don't even have £4 in my account!

Is anybody watching the current season of Succession? In episode 1, Greg's new money "girlfriend" shows up to Logan's birthday party out of place with a very conspicuous Birkin bag, which Tom derides as a "Ludicrously Capacious Bag." The truly comfortably wealthy downplay their wealth by wearing "quiet luxury" (like Kendall's $10,000 outfit that looks like it's from the Gap).

Seems like new money Sez has taken a leaf out of the same book at the family gathering. Conspicuous consumption/CUB behaviour at its finest.
