Sarah's content has gotten so repetitive over the years, it's astounding. Same old boring content over and over again. I just watch her because her content is like an accident waiting to happen. You are not sure when it will happen, but it is definitely going to happen.
Today's stories were super boring, but still managed to enrage me for multiple reasons:
- "I'm so hungry, but I won't use dates, only water, 2/3 of a banana and my super speshul protein powder" I wonder why you are always hungry ...
- Here are the iNgReDiAntS, but I will casually ignore the controversy regarding the high amount of sodium and the undisclosed proprietary blend
- Telling Fox: "You are a big boy now, you don't need dummies anymore."
- pooping flamingo pose
- ads for her protein powder, her active wear line, poopy bloom
- "I never have filters but I can't show you the real colour of the packaging beCaSUe I have a filter on"

@Thejesuslizard - Can you share like 10 or so of the amazing people you follow? Some of the fitness people I follow wouldn’t know their heads from their asses. I’m really getting tired of them preaching low fat. There’s nothing wrong with FAT! It’s good for you! You’re body needs it! Your hormones need it! Etc, etc! AND! Them mentioning stomach issues. Holy tit! When I see what they eat I just facepalm myself. Low fat / high carb / high protein / seed oil / Vegetable oil / 80’s fitness tit is out! How come these people haven’t got the message yet? And their food choices are riddled with artificial sweeteners and preservatives and all the rest of that crap and they can’t seem to make a connection between their gut issues and their stupid diets! There is nothing to fear with Fat! Arghhhh!!!
 
She definitelyyyy did not make Fox a separate smoothie.

1. Why would you make him a smoothie of just banana and water?! Ewww. Just give him the bleeping Banana.
2. Why was his the exact same colour as hers even though his was supposedly only banana and water and hers had protein powder in it?
I honestly cannot get over how much of a liar she is!!
 
I swear I have seen her multiple times say focks loves to steal her smoothies and she has even shown him drinking them
Found another one, she just said it beause people have pointed it out before... The second slide is a video of him drinking the smoothie and we've seen it every week because Smoothies are his "favorite food" (?)

I can’t believe just yesterday she gave a big speil about The fact she is going to slow down on using filters as her acct is about being real and shes pretty much used one in every story since. Oh mann 🤦🏾‍♀️ I can’t keep up with all the bullshit
 
Scuz back with the filters again after her big no filter speech yesterday (which GuYs she RaReLy eVer uses because she’s sO rEaL and RaW). This girl really can’t keep up with all the lies she tells. And obviously recorded in that certain way where it doesn’t show you the filter in the top corner, so that people might think that is how beautiful colored and smooth the princess and her nuuu house look all day long. 🙄
 
I saw Kurt’s IG and saw the TrueProtein behind the scenes with Liz Clay and I bet Sarah gets jealous when Kurt works with women the like. Probably one of the reasons why Sarah is so distraught when Kurt leaves the house to work. Liz is an actual athlete, her body is ripped and strong, and looks very natural and laid back. (Her six pack is awesome, the ones that sezzy dreams about). In Sarah’s promo’s she tries to look athletic but falls flat because she only does it for cameras and doesn’t know how to train correctly. Now her brand is moving further away from “athletic” and is now lazy campaigns of her doing nothing and trying to look like a baddie lol.

woaaaah I’m actually shocked by this. Wow. That’s great.

I really wish gifting influencers expensive things (or anything) would stop already 😂 The few amazing ones I follow who seem to do it as a full time job don’t ever really do anything sponsored or anything that gives off the vibe it maybe sponsored. Just genuine people who have stayed real over the years and I guess make bank from ad revenue etc. most of these people are food ‘influencers’ with their own product like a physical recipe book or every day people though. They make enough to have a comfortable living without being materialistic and unrelatable, and still maintain their down to earth personalities. It’s the ones who blow up so big who are just grabby for anything that gives them money that tit me up the wall. Unfortunately, that’s the majority of them these days.
This is why I like Hannahbower she is still down to earth.

Oh please, she needs to stop calling her watery banana-protein drink a smoothie. It is not a smoothie..Also most protein powders are already rather sweet, I cannot imagine adding banana and a date like she wanted to originally.

Also the packaging of her protein powder says that 2 tablespoons is one serving? And I am a bit confused about the sodium content. According to Tropeka the amount is wrong bit now they have released all these products with wrong nutritional information? 🤔
I have tried tropeaka protein and it tastes salty.

My fave is @samirosefitness! She posts a lot about body image and balance and just feels like she’s really normal and relatable and pretty much the opposite of sezzy 😂🙌🏼 I’ve replied to her DM’s a few times and she’s always super nice & helpful. I also love Natacha oceane for really good info and her YouTube videos are 10/10 ☺️
