I think I might have been triggered when I heard her say that because I used to make sure I walked or ran 10km everyday when I was peak ED. I was 100% doing it to control my weight. When you consider her other behaviours, I didn't think it was out of the question to assume that's why she was doing it too.Nothing wrong with walking 10km if you can. Doesn’t imply an eating disorder either.
But, of course I could be wrong! Going for a 10km walk everyday sounds excessive but I'm sure there are people walking that far everyday who are perfectly healthy
