Honestly nothing wrong with her form. It isn't the greatest but it isn't bad or detrimental either. (Personal trainer here)
But on the other hand… she’s squatting 40kg if I’m seeing that right. 40kg. No shame for squatting that light if you’re an an amateur/haven’t worked out in ages but she’s a fitness guru about to release her third ebook.

Did anyone else find it a bit sad that she had her phone out and in her face while Focks and Durt were singing happy birthday to her?

Like it was a small intimate moment between the three of them and it just shows the kind of way Focks is going to grow up. Seeing from such a young age his Mum prioritising documenting and bragging to social media their moments over choosing to be present and spend them properly with her family.

Like I can just imagine it now… Durt went to bring it and and Sarah bring like “no! Wait! Wait! Let me get my phone out so I can Insta story this!”

Idk if I’m being a Karen hahah I just think it’s a bit sad tbh
I thought the exact same thing

Lots of people film getting sung happy birthday too (tbh normally someone ELSE in the room does it) but yeah she definitely set this up as she'd already take a pic of the chocolate box before they sang so it was definitely an 'insta story moment'.

Also this is what had candles in and was definitely #gifted so didn't Kurt get her a cake or a nice gluten sugar taste free loaf (like she made for her sister 😂)...

Also also Fox's singing is adorable, his speech is doing so much better.

To be fair, she did mention she used this as a warm-up. Also I think her weight workouts are more "high rep, low weight" as opposed to "low rep, high weight". Either is a valid form of exercise for fit people in my books.

I understand when you’re at a party or dinner in a big group setting but I just find it weird when you’re having a lockdown party with just your partner and toddler, to film the whole thing to broadcast to millions of people

Great profile pic btw. Me and my partner binged Kath & Kim during the big Vic lockdown last year (although this one looks like it'll be almost just as long) and honestly so much better watching it now as an adult.

But yes so weird so film just your kid and partner singing you happy birthday. AFTER you already inspected the cake/chocolates, took photos and posted onto social media. Can you get anymore inauthentic orrrr...?

She says it's a warm up but doesn't show the additional weight she puts on? Look everyone can exercise in their own way but as someone who has worked out at a gym since they were 16 (am now 29) like Sarah, I have had periods where I'm off due to heath reasons and my last break was like 9 months and I didn't even go as light as that on my first session back. You have residiual strength if you've trained that long and she hasn't even had a break.
I get everyone is different but she apparently consistantly works out and evidently has very little actual muscle power. She can't even run long distances. Could it be she just looks fit because she has a hidden ED?!? It's just frustrating to me that she pushes this narative that she eats so much and is so skinny still (even no one else in her family exhibits these genetics) and she works out so much but literally can't squat or lift. So you don't have much cardio but you're not strong either? You've just got a good metabilsm? Then why are you marketing that? Ugh.
It reminds me of Steph Claire Smith. I'm the same age as her and we went to high schools close to each other so I know her and her friend circle and she was always so tiny with abs ever since she's been a kid but she built this empire on fitness selling her expertise on how to gain the body she was quite literally born with, with no effort.

Oh boy, I’m learning so much more about narcissism from this thread and this little story made my stomach turn. “Fox you’ve made such a mess of my birthday house.” “Fox all I want for my birthday is for YOU to do something for me - won’t you do it for MY birthday? Don’t ruin MY birthday.” My heart breaks that she talks to him like this.

But it could be possible she’s going lighter on the weight because she’s pregnant, right?

My heart hurts when she speaks to him like this. The sense of entitlement she feels shouldn't be projected onto her child! I feel so sad for him. Can you imagine how shot his self-esteem will be when he grows up? Also, my nephew was talked to like this and he is growing up with the "EVERYTHING IS MINE!" mindset and attitude.

Someone get this gal a parenting book! (lol bold of me to assume she would read)

Well that's social media for ya 🤪
My two cents is that everyone trains different. I would consider myself fairly fit (sometimes more, sometimes less so lol) but when I go to a gym class (outside of lockdown) and they have us do barbell squats I literally put 0 kg on them 😆 but I crush everyone at cardio stuff. So to me 40 kg is much and she did lift 70kg in their weirdo retreat. Maybe she just doesn't train much with weight most of the time or as mentioned, less weight, more rep.

I don't want to defend her and I DEFINITELY DO NOT agree with her unqualified ass to sell training plans but yeah not everyone wants to or has to lift heavy even when training for years.

That is true and a fair point. 70kg is also not very much though (for an experienced person) but just higher reps with a lower weight is a valid argument. I just know from experience that you can only go on so long lifting light weight and actually having any progress; and it's not like she ever mentions that she does 30-40 reps of anything.
It's different for someone just exercising regularly and someone selling their lifestyle and fitness regime for a living.

I have never seen her do heavier weights. My thought is that she stays clear of heavy weights to avoid getting "bulky". Does lighter weights, high reps to get "lean".

Anyone who has some basic understanding knows that heavy weights do NOT automatically result it "bulk", but alot of uninformed people still have this mindset.

Exactly! The leanest I've ever been was when I was lifting the heaviest. But that was when I was in uni and had enough spare hours in the day to train like that.

Yeah that made me sick. The yuck emphaisis on "MY" birthday made me almost vomm in my own mouth,

she said once in an old you tube video that her mum pulled her aside when she was doing the "bro training style" and said sarah ehat are you doing. youre too bulky. WTF

Totally off topic but she went to my high school (I’m a little bit older than her)
maybe we have crossed paths before? Small world hey 😂
