My two cents is that everyone trains different. I would consider myself fairly fit (sometimes more, sometimes less so lol) but when I go to a gym class (outside of lockdown) and they have us do barbell squats I literally put 0 kg on them
but I crush everyone at cardio stuff. So to me 40 kg is much and she did lift 70kg in their weirdo retreat. Maybe she just doesn't train much with weight most of the time or as mentioned, less weight, more rep.
I don't want to defend her and I DEFINITELY DO NOT agree with her unqualified ass to sell training plans but yeah not everyone wants to or has to lift heavy even when training for years.
