I'm not a mum etc but I am fairly busy but I just don't think a cordless straightener is THAT useful? Maybe for a normal GHD price but not almost $500? No way could I use it on my commute and it's mildly useful if you gym in the mornings but also gyms have plugs so ....

I genuinely can't think of one scenario in which a cordless straightener would be more practical than a normal one with a cord? You have to charge it, drag it around with you, it's probably a lot heavier than a normal one for the battery, it's less sustainable etc. When would the need even arise for someone to straighten their hair in a car?
I don't understand why Sarah shot the ad in her bathroom with multiple plugs but I guess money talks louder than sense

I wonder if Sarah 4 years ago would be ashamed of what she’s become. Advertising hair a straightener with a clip extension in, simultaneously with other desperate influencers. It’s sad really and so so far from the person I really enjoyed watching.

It also makes me think this was a last minute cash grab. We know she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed regarding content planning but surely she can’t be THAT dumb to do the curly hair stuff so close to a hair straightener promo. The greed is mind blowing.

Nah I think she has always been a manipulative opportunist, four years ago or today, she just didn't have the number of followers. Now she has a huge audience, a huge house and thinks she's untouchable. She doesn't have to be careful about which ads she does because she knows even if she loses a few followers, it won't jeopardize her career. Had she done something like that four years ago and caused a huge shitstorm, she wouldn't even have got this far. She can do what she wants without repercussions....

For some reason Sarah thinks she's smarter than her followers (lol) and they won't notice her bad timing, but she really is stupid enough to post the CGM and the straightener ad in such close succession.

also… with the undisclosed ads: it isn’t enough to post stories and THEN AT THE VERY END write #partner #gifted or something. Each story that is an ad needs to include AD. She also needs to disclose if a code is affiliate or not. As I’ve said before, she is the ONLY influencer who does this. Everyone else clearly outlines their ads. She will be trying to play dumb again!

She’s definitely not the only one not properly disclosing her ads etc but is one of the biggest influencers doing it

Honestly the amount of times I’ve caught my Ghd cord on the bathroom drawer handles, stood on it, almost shut it in the straightener as I’m using it, nearly tangled myself in it.. yeah a cordless one might be better for me

If anyone remembers.. she cooked them and then took them to her friends to do a blind taste test… she has added sea salt though so it’s only 99.9% copied.

Sarah of old ate a brand of chocolate just because they paid her... blue dinosaur bars and a large number of things that she never mentioned again after they stopped paying her. She has NEVER been genuine. She appeared this way due to the lack of followers and knowing she needed to act a certain way to gain more. Now she doesn't give a tit.
