I have a burp theory.sarah has had a gastric band. I had one years ago and I am burpy. I post tit loads of weight and kept it off but over time the efficacy decreases and I've gained back some and struggle. Her obsession with bodadoes also fits this theory. I can eat tit loads of bodadoes as they go through it.i can eat a load of certain kinds of foods and they got Sarah's ones too. The burps though, definitely a symptom. Call me the burpy moaner, or chubby burper
To further this, she also has what looks like a port bump in the same place I have a port bump. Her weight loss tum hides the scars, like me. Period issues, caused by poor nutrition, like me...

I suffer really bad with IBS, and I know if I go out any type of beer/cider etc is out the window. IBS my hole....she just loves being a victim and being sick. Her stomach would be rock hard and in pain and full of air right about now after that cider that she'd have to go home. What a bleeping melt

funnily enough she is always fine throwing the pints into her then tomorrow her stomach will be hard and bloated and we will hear the same crap about driving it on 
Ah another weekend another disappearance of symptoms! And Keith sending her bestie (who’s actually her cousin) money for drinks smells of Brian booking to go away with the friends a couple of years ago….he’s great, total surprise etc etc. To actually be honest after the break up and say she’d given him so much grief and it wasn’t really a surprise as he’d just done it cos she went on about it so much
