Sarah has such a huge problem & she can’t even admit / see it! As @BordnaRóna said above even to start the conversation with ‘ I wanted to be good today’ - good to me is going for a longer walk if I can, not picking food with higher protein or lower sugar... I have followed Sarah since 2017. She’s chasing the same few stone since (despite the fact she refers to it as one stone ).. it’s up 1, down 1 with her. SW isn’t suiting her lifestyle anymore. If you’re eating ‘free’ spuds 10 or more times a week some things not right! Maybe she feels she can’t walk away from it as it’s her job... but she doesn’t need to share any details that’s her choice. I wonder would calorie counting work better for her... I KNOW SW works for some, but for Sarah the idea that her ‘syns’ are gone seems to spiral her into over eating / drinking and she has learnt nothing about healthy eating really it’s still chocolate flavoured porridge or cheesy chips... do you ever see her with a boiled potato, meat and veg... it’s unattainable for her to stick to hence why there’s always an excuse. She can’t go on a weekend away or a holiday without piling on 7-10 pounds... that’s not something you want to be doing your whole life... if she found something that allows her to have a fried spud, a beer & chocolate porridge within her plan a few times a week she may not fall off track so much.

100% spot on. Personally , I think SW should only be used to kick start your weight lose and isn't sustainable long term. I know people who have lost massive amounts of weight a la Sarah but once they reached a certain point they plateued, got demotivated and piled all the weight back on because, like Sarah, they learnt nothing about portion control .

She definitely needs to throw in the towel with SW and try something new if she wants to achieve losing those last few stone. Her biggest downfall is when she thinks she is being 'good' her diet isn't all that great, she gets bored and then she will undo all her hard work during the week at the weekend.

Like in all fairness who needs spuds with their breakfast, spuds with lunch and spuds with dinner.😂 Surely she can fill up on other veg or protein instead. And the chocolate in the porridge, just eat a fecking bar of it and leave the porridge alone.

She eats a lot of processed food and I'm sure those ready meals she eats , while they may be low in calories, are probably full of hidden sugar and salt which will inevitably lead to weight gain 🤦🏻‍♀️
 
Shes INSUFFERABLE🙄 Same old story after every weekend, explaining away why she drank and ate so much over the weekend🙄 no one actually cares Sarah, you are just fooling yourself by thinking you will be 100% on plan all week, blah blah blah....change the record pleeeeeeease! Cue the body fuels food talk, and repeat.... GET SOME ACTUAL CONTENT FOR GODS SAKE😤
 
Are these SPUDS (for breakfast???) or pineapple chunks..... serious question?

Her life goals always involve a man. I find that sad, learn to be happy by yourself Sarah.
This Sarah will never be happy with herself, it killed her to go from the sister who was to have the most amazing wedding to the single sister. Donna had her day as a bride and the 2 children, Ciara has a steady boyfriend and the body and Katie has the boyfriend and is having the baby girl Sarah should be having now.
By all accounts Brian's girlfriend is a lovely girl and a real lady, which is a big change from scummy Sarah. Sarah may have the boyfriend at the moment but the minute he sees the real jealous and insecure Sarah and sees her temper and how she lets herself down in public without caring, he may not be so happy then
 
She has an addiction to feeling stuffed thats why she has such big meals. The body fuels are on guessed syns. But even with body fuels she should be losing. I duno what this girl is doing with her life. I think she needs to step back again n break from socail media its like something always has to be going on. She so fake i dont believe a word she says half the time. She irritates her followers all the time and think shes mighty women of north cork

I think she should be in a calorie deficit, not a huge one. She seems to have an issue with portion sizes. I would imagine that she eats a lot that she doesn’t count kinda like being a secret eater... that slimming world diet definitely isn’t sustainable for her anymore and I’m very surprised that she is an actual slimming world consultant!!
