I suppose we have to remember we are dealing with someone, that for one of the most important/biggest days of her life, went and bought a wedding dress 3 to 5 sizes to small 😆😅🤣 ( I'll never get over it😆)

The DPD label is on the outside of the pack so that's how they are going out 😳😳 The plastic will be in bits by the time they are delivered, that cheap plastic is so flimsy and tears so easily. Imagine by the time they get picked up, delivered to the warehouse and fucked onto trollies full of packages, delivered to the local warehouse and get fucked onto another trolley, get fucked into a delivery van and then dropped to their destination what kind of state they will be in! I've had deliveries where the outer packaging is ripped but the inside wrapping is ok, hers have no protection, she's going to have more returns than sales the way she's going

Yes I know what u mean, they tear so easily like the ‘garment’ will be dirty by the time it reaches the customer. Wow she’s embarrassing. 4th arq had fancy boxes at the start

I’ve had things delivered with literal tyre marks and water marks from puddles all over the other bag from m&m, thankfully it only damaged the other bag as the flimsy bag inside for clothes wouldn’t have survived. Delivery companies don’t give a rats in the depo’s and launch people’s items around in certain depos. Those rags will arrive in a worse state than burps wedding dress after she sweated tan into it and busted out of it to get the ride of keet and consummate the fake marriage 😂

If she even mentions sustainability when she's importing clothing from China then she's a bigger dope than I thought. Although it actually wouldn't surprise me 😂😂😂 4th arq did that at the start, they had recyclable cardboard boxes, but Burps wouldn't shell out for that! And as someone posted above she could have bought 100 fully recyclable bags for €26 which would have been more than enough to cover her orders 😂

The actually scandalous and people forking out €55 and another €6 on delivery and it comes that way.
I wonder what happened between her and the boy manager
 
I’d love to know the payment gateway she’s using, hope everyone receiving orders damaged issue chargebacks (I doubt she’ll be open to refunds and only offer credit) and she gets blacklisted and blocked from payment providers such as PayPal, stripe, squarespace etc. it’ll serve the scammer right
 
I should be shocked about the lack of care for her customers, her product and her brand- but Burps only role in life is shortcuts- shortcut to get pregnant, shortcut for weight loss, shortcut to making a living. She could have just done a basic marketing/business course on plenty of free websites to get the basic business sense but sure she is too busy getting organised.
She really needs an intervention
