That’s true as we can see from the unbranded stuff. I see she/company has brought down the price of the new Gemini machine, but it seems like. It has the same problems as the original.

I did really like her but keep seeing she isn’t that popular behind the scenes. I have to say though I’m not so much of a fan cos her last book meet-and-greet/evening with was all cancelled then she showed up on the One Show.

She chats shite. In her book and in a video she said she looks after her staff, they’re all part of the family, they have a pizza night to get to know each other. At the time I thought was a a great employer. Maybe not!
 
I heard she had done that before staff members having to reapply for their jobs, yes they all say the crafting world is one big happy family but I think it’s dog eat dog and unless you are up their you know what you are dismissed and out of groups etc omo.
 
Ooh I just found this thread!!! Vile woman. Met her a few times over the years before she switched to trying to be a celeb. To your face she is horrid, belittling, patronising etc. strangely about you to someone else she’ll say you’re wonderful - but then will add it’s because of her and her amazing teaching etc.
her staff are absolutely not one big happy family 🤣 it’s weird to me she is even thought of as a celebrity.
 
yes, just look at how many 'best friends' she has dropped over the years, each one is a rung on the ladder - and as for getting on TV, she tried for years, posting about meetings with channel 4 etc - her highly paid puff pr team finally scored her a place but if you dig a bit, it doesn't all check out as you'd like it to - it doesn't surprise me at all that she binned a meet and greet for a tv spot or that her staff aren't a big happy family, I imagine there are a few too scared to speak up right now as she is appearing well liked but the fake tears and nice act will crack
 
Can’t be that short just put on social media flying with husband and two son to Japan flying across the world the wrong way lol 😂

When I read her book I was quite surprised she only did Dragons Den because she wanted to get on Strictly. She’d been told only crafty people would know who she was so, because Debra had done Strictly, it was a good route to go down. I really liked her during lockdown with everything she did but since Strictly she’s not the same

I don’t know that about Strictly. Like you I didn’t mind her during lockdown. But the Strictly thing went right to her head and I find her v irritating now.
