Seriously - this act is designed to prosecute offensive acts like the carryon of that awful garda who harassed his terminally Ill ex partner and was up in court for recently not an insta hun being called (although unpleasant ) names as she decides to have a public platform to air her views . You have to have a thick skin for the public life she wants to lead . As if the gardai don’t have enough to do like dealing with domestic abuse etc !!
