This is some lazy content... No structure, no citations, just rambling about the thoughts that pop into your head? If she didn't already have a huge subscriber count from her previous work I doubt this would even have 100 views.
Also, botox and fillers may not be an implant but it's still a foreign substance – you're still inserting something into your body that wasn't there to begin with and they don't go away after a few months!!! I'm not against fillers etc. but this is not a very nuanced take and not very informed either.
Additionally, I disagree with her statement that she has never promoted it at all – referring to 'topping up' filler, getting treatments for free as influencer etc. is normalizing it to a great extent. Again, no shade but I do think accountability is an important part of the conversation. Unfortunately, I think being in the public eye (as an influencer, celeb or other) you can never really separate what you do as an individual from what you do to your image – especially when part of your career is profiting off of how you look. She's entitled to get cosmetic work if she wants but this video just pissed me off a bit.
