Agree, she's lost too much for it to be from weight loss. Buccal fat removal is just a disastrous procedure to have done. The immediate results are usually terrible and it'll probably look so so much worse in years to come. Some surgeons have taken a stance on not doing it on ethical grounds.

It can't be reversed - once the buccal fat is gone, it's gone - although you can try to counteract the effects with injectables/fillers.

It's strange that she would have buccal fat removal in her 40's when her face would naturally start to lose volume anyway and buccal fat removal could leave her looking very gaunt- but it does look to me like she's had it done.

I thought she'd maybe decided at her age if it wasn't showing signs of going anywhere then she might have opted for it. To give that sucked in look she's been doing for 15 years without having to suck in.

I just watched one of her videos for the first time in years. I think she lost weight quite rapidly. The skin around her eyes has significantly dropped.

Yes, it's totally part of normal aging. But I said that because we were speculating that she might have had buccal fat removal. I think she just lost weight, as the fat loss can be see in her face (cheeks and eyes). If she had buccal fat removal only her cheeks would have been impacted.
