And they are bought houses i think but mortgage would be around £550/£600 pm thats what it estimates on the app

Yep definitely renting.
Imo she has probably had the bathroom retiled by someone off insta for free anyway probably because it looked too rented (like with the gardener )(she is deffo THAT bird who gets free tit and doesnt repost you or share your page !)
