The CPS didn't want to prosecute Flack - The Met did. The reality is if it got to court the liklihood is she wouldn't have been charged due to her partner withdrawing his statement and the CPS not supporting the charge

I don't want to spend all day fixated on Sal's crack but her arse is the same colour as everyone's. Scarring is a separate issue.
