I ordered it on Monday, hopefully it won't be too long arriving as it has been despatched. I am nearly out of Nars tinted moisturiser so thought I would try this. I like the fact that it doesn't have sunscreen in it. I use shade Finland in Nars and have gone for shade 4 in the skin tint. I have a few age spots now and whenever I use concealer on them they seem to stand out even more, so I like the idea of dabbing extra tint to blur them a little. She Here was at the launch party of Lisa Eldridge going into Space NK (I think?) with the Chapman sisters (they seem to be real best buddies atm).
Anyway Lisa has just launched a skin tint which looks really good. Has anyone ordered it? I'd love thoughts as it's a big purchase for me, about £35. Looks very sheer?
Yep I ordered it yesterday, with the new lip pencil. As always with LE, it looks beautifully formulated from her YT tutorial and not as sheer as a lot of skin tints. She Here was at the launch party of Lisa Eldridge going into Space NK (I think?) with the Chapman sisters (they seem to be real best buddies atm).

Soltan kids. It might be too early for it to be in stock yet but it sells out really quickly.I’m on look out for one of those stick sunscreens for not too much £££. Any recs, my beef faced pals?
I just bought the Estée Lauder serum foundation on a whim so I won’t get the Lisa Eldridge skin tint until that’s run out. Interested to hear what you think of it. I do like her foundation especially now I know to use lots of moisturiser beforehand but I think the tone goes more yellow the longer it has been on - anyone else find this?
I'd be interested in how it is for oily skin. It's a pet peeve of mine that there're pretty much no sheer tints or sheer base products for oily skin. Matte tends to equal full coverage unfortunately, which always looks bizarre if you don't really have the makeup skills, particularly if the shade range is limited for darker skins. ☹
I’m a bit concerned as my skin is dry AF, and the only reviews I’ve seen are from oily/combination. Mine arrives tomorrow soMine has arrived this afternoon. I like it and don't think I've ever had anything similar. I used two drops and thought it wouldn't be enough to do anything but it seemed to glide all over my face. Although it is sheer it isn't shiny and seems to give a soft focus finish. It doesn't cover imperfections but does blur them slightly. I added a bit more to my pigmentation marks, you can still see them but they are really quite bad.
It feels weightless so I think it will be good for the summer. I used my fingers to apply it over my usual moisturiser and the Ultra Violette 30 mineral sunscreen.
I think it would be ok for oily skin, I have combination skin and it seems to be sitting well all over my face.
I'm not sure about the lip pencil. It's nice but I'm not sure what it actually does that is different from other lip pencils although it is less drying than most that I have tried.
€45 here sounds about rightOof, it's $49 here.
Oh do let us know what it's like. My skin is really dry, too (not as dry as Sali's, obviously, because she has the driest and palest of skins).I’m a bit concerned as my skin is dry AF, and the only reviews I’ve seen are from oily/combination. Mine arrives tomorrow so
Nic Chapman has dry skin and she’s posted a review saying she loves it and it’s her new go-to so hopefully you’ll be fine. I think I’m going to order tooI’m a bit concerned as my skin is dry AF, and the only reviews I’ve seen are from oily/combination. Mine arrives tomorrow so
ByTerry Hyaluronic Pressed Powder is very good.I need a new setting powder. Any recs? I’ve noticed that the Two Faced on I’ve been using ages me by about 5 years when I use it.
I found that too - I need more 'oomph' in my make up than I did (it's hard to describe - it's not just about colour, like adding a bright lipstick). It's definitely an ongoing challenge to get my makeup strong enough but without too much punch. I really can't describe what's happened, but it's most peculiar.I know your skin tone doesn't change but I have found that since I let my hair go grey naturally, make up that suited me when I had auburn hair don't look so good now.
I think the Nars one that comes in a pot is very goodI found that too - I need more 'oomph' in my make up than I did (it's hard to describe - it's not just about colour, like adding a bright lipstick). Of course we're imagining it, because She Here insists her make up didn't change, but then she has often looked like a pink-eyed carrot with her 'grey' hair fairly recently, which suggests to me she's struggled with this too.
Loving the reviews of LE skin tint! In her latest no make up make up 2.0 video, she talks about getting an ultra-pigmented concealer to do her pin point concealing. Does anyone have any recommendations? Ideally not a professional palette like Dermacolour - I'll only use one colour, and I'd like something more portable.
