Well she called him 'ex bf' in the video, but who knows. Probably not as serious as Tyler and Jake.

Exactly. The whole reason I started following Saffron was bc our lives were so similar in upbringing, family relationships etc. But over time, she has changed for the worst. It's one of those things where clearly Wendy can't see it bc shes too close to the situation but it's so apparent online. I really wouldn't want to be an influencer, ever. The funny part is no one on this thread has ever said Saffron isn't generous, I think we're all in agreement she is generous. But being generous doesn't make up for being completely self-absorbed and oblivious to real-world issues. Covid isn't an issue for the Barkers, the rules dont apply to them and they'll change them how they see fit. That person who jumped in front of a moving train, Saffron had ZERO compassion when she made those comments and she was 16/17 years old so WELL aware of her words and how they would come across and well aware she had a massive following at the time too. What about the time she pretended to be BFF with the girl who died of cancer, so much so the girl's mother had to comment on Saffron's posts and tell her to stop lying. Saffron later mentioned in a video how no one close to her has ever had cancer btw. What a slap in the face to her pretend BFF whos funeral she attended. Money isn't everything, sometimes just being a kind, compassionate and emphatic person is enough. If that person isn't family/friend and is not of any gain to her, Saffron does not give a tit.

Exactly Saffron has to benefit from her "generosity". I'm thinking of people in my life who I would say were generous and it goes above money. They are generous with their time. My friend has volunteered for 6 years every month with a homeless charity, another gives free piano lessons to girls in her local area amongst other things. Saffron and her family would rather just chuck money at things and say "We are such good people"

It really annoys me when she can’t pronounce simple words she asks her parents if that’s how she pronounces it. She couldn’t pronounce extrovert ... is everything alright how can you not do basic things

In her new video when they talk about Saffron getting a dog Wendy is kinda scary how she’s telling saffron she can’t get a dog as if saffron is gonna be living w her. If you’ve moved out why are your parents still making choices for you and it seems like saffron just agreed to avoid arguing

You just know when influencers try and act humble and genuine by saying “you know how many brand deals I’ve turned down like HUGE money” but in the next breath says she’s accepted £40,000 for one AD obviously because it was something of interest. I’d happily turn down big brand deals too if I could get ones I like for £40,000 a video too... don’t try and pretend you’re humbled and not utterly greedy.

it’s laughable they think we’re jealous of the money aspects. I personally live a very comfortable life and work hard for it! I’m probably jealous that saffron can slap on a bottle of foundation, turn on a ring light and earn £40,000 for it. Anyone would be. Not interested or jealous because of how much she earns, it’s the way she earns it is nothing compared to most of the working class and the complete disregard for how very bleeping privileged she is! You can’t point out that saffron has had a very applied and privileged background without Wendy piping up, yeah but shes the most generous person ever, I’ve never seen or heard of her doing anything even remotely charitable?! Especially in this years current climate, all we’ve heard from saffron this year is how much she’s spent. When there are families on the brink of losing their businesses and homes. I’ve heard the odd “obviously there are bigger things going on in the world but... ✨BACK TO ME ✨ 💅🏼
They’re just so out of touch with reality it’s absolutely embarrassing. I hope the idealisation over influencers ceases to exist because it’s a very high standard purely down to being lucky! Be humble, real and down to earth rich and if we’re measuring wealth in that respect, the barkers are right at the bottom.

The videos not deleted, i can still view it. Why would she call him her ex boyfriend, in a video that includes both him and his family? If she never actually dated him, thats embarassing towards them. I think she did have a thing with him ( not sure about dating), just not that serious. More like a holiday romance type thing.

Yh I’m guessing it was barely a relationship or that they ‘ dated’ when they were very young (I’m sure she said that but I don’t remember when) and idk if it’s just me who can’t see the video where she hid in his house

I thought this, and the way she said in her video “I am mature for my age” like she consciously knows she’s attempting to behave or achieve things beyond what is expected of her age. She thinks she acts mature for her age, so how should someone your age act saffron? Waffling on about pressures? Oh but you’re able to achieve beyond what should be expected of you ?What milestones are you tied to at that age if buying a house at 20 makes you think you’re beyond your maturity? She really does just waffle absolute shite and pretends she’s relatable 😬
