it does look like a nice cosy Xmas afternoon though.
Shame she only has 2 bedrooms now so all her “snowed in” friends will have to sleep on the sofa/floor in her big impractical house.

There are soooo many other pre workouts you can try. Saffron had made no progress in her years of constantly being in a gym, is that your motivation? If so go ahead.
Have a shop around, there are hundreds. Find an influencer (if you must) that has actually made a difference and find out what pre workout they use
