I have a feeling Edie is refusing to go to school. Rather than them pulling E2 out for any reason. They are living with what they created. They indulge E2 out of their own subconscious guilt for what they did to him, and E2 is running with it. Remember one of their videos Jonathan or Anna said E2 doesn’t do any chores. Flat out refuses to do them. I could see E2 refusing to go to school. After all the days he tries to leave early for fake tummy aches (anxiety). It’s really a product of their own making.
 
E2 spent all of lockdown which was a long time in the Edie bubble being at home and making tiktoks so E2 didn’t have to be out in the real world he got to be in the house so then lockdown ending and he’s sent out into the world reality started to hit that this Edie bubble were everything is easy and fun isn’t real life. Then all these years after lockdown E2 has been the centre of attention in his family , his whole life everyday revolves around talking about being trans ( I personally don’t believe he’s genuinely trans but some people will say it’s nobodys place to say that) and always gets whatever he wants so he might associate staying at home living in social media world as better and easier than living in reality.

Also as full of himself as he is I do think there has to be more going on behind closed doors that we don’t know about cause for him to suddenly not be going to school anymore and wanting to be at home but is completely fine to make tiktoks it’s strange. They have caused E2 a lot of mental health problems already and it’s sad to think about those mental health problems getting worse as time goes on. The more years that pass by the tougher things are going to get as puberty approaches and E2 can’t hide indoors from the real world forever cause mentally that would cause so much damage if they let him think he can sta living in an unrealistic bubble forever. Of course none of this is E2’s fault , the parents are completely to blamand I feel bad for E2 cause he has no idea how he’s been exploited and how his mind has been messed with.
 
We all know Jonny has told Edie they are going to be a famous actress as they look like Millie Bobbie Brown and are extremely talented (Jonnys view, not mine) If that was their plan and Edie wanted to work in tv/stage/films, does Jonny not see that these god awful videos are going to affect that future for Edie? They’re like a very very bad school play. They’re not funny or well acted, it’s mainly Edie parading around in skimpy clothes, being rude and bratty, whilst the gnome pops up saying the same old cringy dad jokes. Even on the hair styles video, the chat between the two of them was so painful to watch! Jonny repeating the same drivel about styling Edues hair, and Edie basically said “no, you’re an idiot” each time. Imagine Edie going to auditions or proper drama classes and having to improvise. I can imagine Edie just flipping the class, pouting, and flouncing their hair over their shoulder, and expecting a rapturous applause. It’s all going to come crashing down and the impact on Edie, and the other children, will be catastrophic. Jonny will claim he has a mental health break down to try and make an excuse, and I’m picturing Anna living in the grey mansion- Miss Havisham style, but pining after Matt…

didnt jono tell Anna he was going to make her famous too before they got married?
Is that how he wins people over?
is very concerning he has no mates...no one to tell him what he is doing is messed up
also wonder if the sx gender clinic knew they made their money from filming their kid at their clinic?
cos surely that would be a major red flag ....
 
Taking E2 out of school (or letting him not go) is just encouraging him to live in this fantasy world. Every day that goes by trapped in that house with Jonno with no interaction with normal kids is going to affect him in ways untold. Like @account70032 says, during lockdown they lived in an Edie echo chamber and "took off" on socials, now both E2 and Jonno are constantly chasing that high.
 
I think that Edie is much more of a character than a real personality, as someone said, more of a drag queen persona with attitude and I think, very stereotypical behaviors. It is like Jonathan is trying to show how progressive/how much of a good dad he is by encouraging Edie to be over the top and 'being their true self.' I do believe that people would be more on board with the whole thing if Edie was more toned down and allowed to be themselves and age appropriate instead of acting like a teenager, and obviously, not having a camera in their face and still being in school.

I do think that E2 is going to have a lot of problems as a teenager, especially about who they are as a person (all the kids really). I think that having an audience following them is going to have negative consequences and especially with the praise and negative attention about being Edie. I do see Edie is a character/persona than who E2 actually is and it seems as if Jonathan is reliving his childhood through Edie. I think as well the Edie persona is their cash cow especially in comparison to the other children and is guranteed views, and E2 is going to be encouraged to be bratty and overly-sexualised to keep it up.

I think that Jonathan has really enocuraged the idea that Edie is going to be famous especially with all the attention that they have recieved. I think that Edie is expecting to be on the stage or be an infulencer, and I could see Jonathan telling them that school isn't that important as they are making money through social media.

I do wonder if Jonathan will be pushing personas on to A1 and A2 soon or will is just be E1 and E2. E1 has the singing and she is the 'neurodivergent one,' and E2 is 'Edie,' so I'm wondering what are the other two going to be presented as for Jonathan to exploit.

I do wonder what the family dymanic is like with the siblings. I do see a lot of tensions being made over Edie being the favourite and getting the attention, and A 1 and A2 feeling left out. Does Edie sees themselves as being the 'best,' one out of all the siblings as they get a lot of online attention?

I am surprised that Jonathan hasn't been called out yet and cancelled, I don't think that he will for a long time. Edie has been a good marketing tool for his image and from an outside look, him being an accepting dad to a trans child and embracing them makes him look good and ideal family man, but he is slimly. I don't think that he will get cancelled until one of the kids actually speaks out against him and being a social media child until they are much older. I could see E1 being the one to do it or actually one of the A's, but that will be a long time coming for that. I think that something will come out about him in the next five years or so.

It seems like this is happening for Emilia more and more often now. The girl Jonathan always gushed over being 'always camera ready'... Oh well.. Good job E2 is more than willing, and seems to be available all day long, too. How lucky!
 
Surely they are either going to Ireland or up to Scotland? Unless they've bagged a freebie.

I also think Edie is refusing to go to school. I think younger kids are more accepting and tolerant, but as they get older they can be cruel. Plus Edie is such an entitled brat, it's hard to believe she doesn't act the same way in school.
 
I’ve just had a look. There’s no flights to the US drom
Gatwick anytime in the last few hours. There was a flight at 17:20 to Dublin on Ryan air, the rest are Paphos, Goa, Marrakesh, Nice, Copenhagen, Guernsey, Jersey and Inverness, so I’m guessing they’re going to Dublin? You have thought they would go in the school hols. No sign of Jonny, so they may have fled to her mums…
