WUT?!

I thought the relationship's origins sounded gross, but this really is the clincher. How can someone be allowed to work in that capacity, there's a reason that boundaries exist to protect people, including children

I do wonder how much the pregnancy was her choice too; coercive pregnancy is a thing. For someone who used to write so disparagingly about motherhood, I thought she'd want to be the forever childfree, galavanting around the world then back to her whimsical home to talk to the sprouts

I wonder what they’ve actually bought their child themselves. Nursery is all gifted. Pram has been gifted. Cot and mattress gifted. Makes me furious that someone who doesn’t need to have these huge, expensive purchases gifted to them does.

She has mentioned a few times that her family/travel inspiration is Courtney Adamo. I don't think Rebecca realises that the Adamo family have had nannies etc, but also quite how wealthy that family is. She is very very naive.

Also loved her story today that said she was scared of judgement from people about her parenting - she'd know all about being a judgmental prat, wouldn't she

So they went to John Lewis and used the personal appointment service to get all their expert advice about the buggy / car seats etc but then turned around and got one free from the company itself. And to add insult to injury she even puts on stories that the one they went for is the one the advisor in John Lewis said was her top choice. What a bloody cheek to take all that advice and then not follow through with buying it from them. Also he's researching environmentally friendly nappies - er......can we talk about the hundreds of thousands of unnecessary air miles this pair have taken over the years before we start worrying about biodegradable nappies. She doesn't have a leg to stand on if she wants to jump on the eco friendly bandwagon.

Do people really spend over a grand on a buggy so they can get a leather handle? No wonder the influencer industry is thriving.

I have a bugaboo and it’s absolutely brilliant. However it was because it was what was best suited and not because of the handle!

I bet she’ll be given other pushchairs. She’ll have a baby zen yo-yo to travel with, an all the rest that end up gifted and then sit gathering dust after they’ve had their moment on the gram
