That's been discussed on here before and it's such a bad habit she's got with her writing {along with the curly brackets}. I think she's trying to come across as chatty and conversational, almost as if she's looking for answers back from readers and trying to encourage engagement (it doesn't work because she gets zero engagement on her blog posts) but it just makes her look like she doesn't have a basic grasp of grammar. I agree it's like the written form of upspeak at the end of a sentence.

I can't find the post now but I'm sure I remember her saying that she was the first of the "NCT crew" due..... her story today saying who will come first made me laugh so much.... she will be SO ANNOYED if any of them have their babies before her!!!!
