I woke up at about 2am absolutely shook and was going to come here and post it but I had a mad half-asleep fear that you'd all turn out to be people I know in real life.

And we were a little bit tipsy and you know that giggly kind of flirting where you're tugging on each other's hands, dragging in different directions.

He asked if I wanted to go home and I really did but felt an obligation to all the people we were out with so I was like "no, come on, we'll stay out a bit longer or I'm letting everyone down".

And then he pulled me round a corner into a side street (oddly enough this is an actual street where my friend and I once had a memorable encounter with a dream interpreter) so the people we were out with couldn't see, and he leaned forward and said "but I want you" in a low growly sort of voice and then he was very close and very intense and there was kissing and he was pushing my dress up my thighs and I was basically a puddle.

He was very big and solid and warm and I was very into it but also a bit panicky in case someone saw so I dragged myself away and basically shouted "we're going home!" around the corner to my friends while he hailed a taxi.

Then unfortunately the actual sex was presumably so hot my brain had to protect me from it by either not dreaming about it or not remembering it 😕

Next thing I remember, we were in our home, in like a maisonettey bedroom in the eaves of a barn conversion (nothing like either of our actual homes but I'll take it, Rubes) and he was shirtless and glorious and I was talking to him, just rambling about my life, and he was watching me really intently with so much focus like I was the only person in the world and it was lovely but I got embarrassed and he smiled and held me and kissed me and touched my hair and was like, "Want to go again?"

And then I woke up and had to splash cold water in my face.

He did a Forbes one pre World Cup and he says he’s undecided but that he has retirement plans mapped out. I can see him being the next pep, wearing nice turtlenecks on the side line
