Not defending Primm but bpd treatment is often heavily therapy focused, they will also be unlikely to give them anything that they can overdose on so other antidepressants probably aren't suitable.

For a while she didn't, apparently kept waiting for lockdown to be over before she could start. Then she's maybe had like 2/3 jobs since but the one she's in now I'm not sure what it is but she's working 12 hour shifts sometimes.
