I know what a terrible way to talk about pregnancy and children. It’s also not like she’s had 5 sons, this is only her second. If someone else made that statement she’d milk it with at least one podcast discussion and two blog posts from up on her soapbox

As a mother of boys I find the obsession with girls strange. I got asked so many times was I going to go again or was I upset not having a girl. Yes the clothes would have been fun but I'm not really a princess anyway so I doubt I'd have had a cute ballet daughter and now I'm in teenarama drama they all f*cking wreck your head regardless of gender.

A few times attending my obstetrician for my pregnancies there were older (and clearly not pregnant) women in the waiting room attending a gynae clinic so it’s not out of the question.
