Yes because a “massage parlour” is really going to want the job centre to be finding random candidates for them and risk exposing their front.

I can imagine a crappy job centre worker being like “have you considered phone sex hahahaha”, some of them are absolute twats and they do rely on people’s fear of being sanctioned to be utterly rude - but I very much doubt it’s actual policy.
 
Ann Summers used to advertise roles in local job centres - but the phone ones were for orders, not chatlines. Didn't stop people going ballistic about it, though - seriously, taking an order for product number 168/1896 size 14" in Pulsing Purple colourway or shoving a box of vibrating cock rings into an larger brown box is hardly the same as being forced to sell your body. And that was around 1994.

I think there’s something in this. The last time I drank gin (a looong time ago, for reasons that will become obvious after reading my next sentence) I fell down a set of concrete stairs, and was convinced that a ghost had pushed me down them.

Well, they tried that, and Roadsidemum had to leave early because kiddo was out of control, and [Roadsidemum] nearly died of asthma. A great time was had by all; IIRC they both jumped onto twitter shortly after, to say how proud they were of their children.

Anyway, gotta go. Off to the best sex of my life. Bite me, no fucks given. Which kind of defeats the purpose. I don't really like being bitten during sex, but each to their own; each to their own.
