Time for Coachella bingo - although a week early is a little intense! If she is going, I’m sure her posts will feel like they were taken about a decade ago. Expecting all head dresses, fringed skirts and cowboy boots from this one…

If she’s just in LA - expecting the usual tomato pasta or sushi and a so so nice hotel…
 
Is she friends with any non Irish people??!! Like don't get me wrong it's nice having some Irish friends when living abroad. I have some here in the UK. But I dont think I've ever seen her with any friend who wasn't Irish. I don't see how it's possible for her to not have non Irish friends on a city as diverse as NYC, I think you would have to go deliberately out of your way to make that kind of friendship circle she has

Other than the British girl who is also her Pilates coach I can’t think of one.

Feel the same. I'm in the UK now, was in Canada, sister in NYC. Had a few Irish friends, but mostly from wherever we were or other immigrants! It's a bit sad otherwise. I mean, I'm planning to go back to visit Canada...to see the people who are still there. And what's the point of travel if you don't grow from it?
 
Totally yeah, she’s never been exciting but lately I’m like zoned out. She reminds me of a girl I worked with years ago (from Kerry too). This girl was the snobbiest person ever and for all we knew she could have come from nothing but had this kinda superiority thing going on. Would spend all her spare money on labels and this is when we were in our 20’s but ended up dressing like a granny. Zero craic on nights out but always wanted to be there. Very uptight, always with the early nights and the rest of us would be drinking all night with not a care in the world. Once we met her mother who was on a trip to DUBLIN and we could see the reason she turned out the way she did. The mother was so uptight so she should have lived in a convent & it ends up out so much pressure on this girl growing up to be different, to be ladylike to look like she had money (in reality they had nothing). I do wonder even though the circumstances are not exact the same is this the kinda thing going on here.

She's home in June..... Says she "first time home in the summer since pre covid" for crying out loud!!!! Some people haven't seen their families yet!!! This one cribbing coz she only got to see them every other month of the year but not June. I can't. Home for months and then had the family holiday and had the mother out to visit but still finds something to bleeping whinge about!

No doubt another disgusting sponsored trip with aer lingus while other people struggle with the higher fare prices!
