Shell often come out and say she's open to constructive Criticism she's bit perfect and always looking to improve. Obviously not based on her recent youtube antics and what's said here from people who have DM Her.

Wait for it there will be the usual "we need to talk" or "something i need to address" come on say that she was being bullied or she doesn't want negativity on her channel. Like others here I didn't read it as a bullying or negative comment??
 
Can she delete YouTube comments? I've seen on other UK & AUZ bloggers tattles people saying about comments being deleted? Couldn't see her deleting the recent one with the comp on it and sp vid?
