I think I know what she's maybe referring too. I can vaguely remember, back in the day when my kids were at primary school bringing home this little mini catalogue by Baker Ross... a catalogue of tatt etc that little kids love. I don’t believe for a second that the headteacher “actively encouraged” holidays during term time for the under 5s. Maybe referred to it but Grabs interpreted it in her own way as usual.
