Thank you Care Bear for vid and photo - what I don't understand is the uneven bits - there are strands of hair longer than the sections next to them. I'm no hairdresser but surely it's not right.

A good hairdresser would ensure your hair is sitting level. No uneven sections. Perhaps the hairdresser needs a ruler to check Or needs to go to specsavers for an eye check

I think she goes to a training college and lets trainee hairdressers cut it,it never looks how you'd expect it to,after paying a qualified hairdresser

It’s not a training college she went to but it’s not a salon I would personally choose to go to. Skanky so suits her down to the ground she always seems to go to people that I know of but don’t know well enough to ask about! Wish she would just see someone I actually know
