I am suspecting it was bought for filming / recreational purposes as a business because it’s in no way habitable.

Spectacular Divorce planning !! If they divorce she doesn't have a house to get 50% or whatever of the equity !! Not like Beav will have a big pension pot to go after either although could see his dad making some good contributions to one while was an employee for the tax benefits !( which will be kept quiet)I'm sure it was over 450kfunny that she loved to brag about being mortgage free, not realising that the land registry would show the house was bought as a letting property

100% she will be back in Bingley at 50 living on benefits in a one bed council flat if she is lucky , hanging around the grubby bars trying to land a bloke to live off again !

Ah, apologies, I was thinking the poster meant the amount for their new house (well, what the in laws paid!)
I was going to pay to see who bought their house, but I did find some other local info on a property that's only 6 mins drive away from the shack and the owners had purchased a farmhouse close by to do up? I'm thinking it could be them!

There's no way they were nearly mortgage free in the shack, they were struggling to pay around a 200k mortgage every month! The sums just don't add up. Ma Beaver or someone has put a chunk of money towards that house for sure. So they don't even own it outright. She's such a bullshitting greasy woman. All to impress strangers online and to try and keep up with the other pathetic influencers. How embarrassing and shallow.

Still very odd zoopla sold prices have updated, but no sign of right move updating or land registry for the Hornsea house.
I checked all Hornsea sold prices and picked a random house that had sold almost a month later, and what do you know? Land registry has already updated for that....
Someone else said that when a house has been bought by a company it doesn't show up on land registry, so it must be a company that's bought the Dingle Shack 2.0

Land registry is a public document , not even Beav could get it deleted from there !

that transaction was on the document in black and white. Absolutely no getting away from the fact that they don't own that house outright and they're living a huge lie. I know but on the government website where you can buy the deeds to actually see who owns it, it's saying their house was last bought in 2011 with no record of the recent transaction.
He's deffo not got the wherewithal to have anything deleted, I mentioned on here a few months back the deeds weren't yet available to buy, but I thought it was just taking time and someone said one of the only explanations is a company bought the Dingle Shack 2.0, hence why the docs aren't available to buy.

This whole situation re the selling of the Dale's house and the Hornsea one must be down to his Dad - somehow put through a business account of his, his Mother managing some of the money too. They probably jointly own this house and his sisters one - very strange that they both moved around the same time.
A tax/inheritance clause - probably tied up very tightly and neatly - a good accountant, plenty of money to fudge with. Steve and his sister both have a new "forever" home - I doubt either of them paying anything, or as has been suggested they are having rent paid to the owner, by the state. I feel sure his parents will know all the ways to benefit themselves without paying where they should.
Rebecca and Steve are sat in a new home, that they haven't grafted for - Steve probably doing his real job paying NI and tax, and his Rouge business cash in hand. On paper they look likely on a low income, but in reality they are

Even the local piercing salon does a giveaway properly - shows them doing it online nothing like Rebecca. You can't believe anything that comes from her mouth.

They probably are mortgage free, but paying rent instead to Steves mum. Rebecca is an habitual liar,you have to read between the lines with everything she says. You know when she's lying,, her lips move. No way would she have moved to the shack or where they are now through choice,both moves have been Steve's decision and probably whichever parent he's leeching off at the time. I honestly think his parents have wisely advised him, once they got married. Hide or get rid of assets,so Rebecca gets nothing. Encourage her to keep posting on social media,it's valuable evidence to show how crap she is as a mother and just how lazy and neurotic she is

She was out at the weekend, and yesterday in the school - but feeling unwell for over a week.
I know we need to start to build up immunity again after covid, but surely if you are feeling that unwell you don't go to an evening out or into a school? Why ruin this season for so many others.
I know as an adult we have to push through, but sometimes you need to have awareness for others - don't bloody share your stinking cold/flu around Rebecca.

@babetakestwo thank you so much! You’re not being nosy at all! Yep still doing the school run with the youngest, although he’s off sick today - got a lovely winter cold/cough and I’ve started sniffling so I think it’s on its way to me. I can’t help but snuggle him when he’s poorly though
