Psychotherapy is actually considered secondary care and has a much longer waiting list as the sessions have no time frame. Typical "talking therapies" often (but not always) have a stipulation such as 16 sessions. I myself had talking therapy with emotional wellbeing services before being referred to MIND who also had a certain number of sessions stipulation. 9 months on a waiting list and I got taken on by SPS (Specialist Psychotherapy Services), where I attended every week for 2 years. To even get referred to SPS I had to be under a PCMHT.

I'm a huge advocate for reaching out for help when you need it but I just struggle to believe a single thing she says. She just seems to say whatever will get her the most attention, and even if she's being genuine most people won't believe her cos of the lies she spouts constantly.
In the area where i work,Psychotherapy is far easier to access, and is used as a primary therapy in many cases, not all. I can only comment on the health authority I work for as all areas vary depending on availability of resources. Where i work people can self refer for Psychotherapy but all psychiatrist and psychologist must be a 'medical 'referral. I totally agree with your comments about her knowing what to say to get attention, thats why any professional will see through her lies.

Just watched the bullying TikTok and no way is she talking about a little girl she met! The emotion in her voice is her working through what the therapist has said to her along with the darting eyes while she lies.
I’m sure people on here who knew her from school would say she was the type to bully anyway so looks to be a case of what goes around comes around
Imagine being that little girl having rebecca knobson air her story to the all her followers? Imagine if these so called bullies came across this? They could bully the little girl even more..

Yeah it's been mentioned about her being a bully at school to point she take piss out of someone's trainers. So ya know. Pot kettle.

Exactly if it was true its not her story to spread all over the internet , if kid found out might never trust anyone again

As usual anything for attention !

If you really were dyslexic yourself wouldn't you be seeking and accepting as much help as you could get for your own kids

Do year 8s have a "little scooter" these days? Not that I agree with it but I seen a birthday haul for a 10 year old on tiktok the other day, it was quite disgusting to me but it was all Charlotte Tilbury and Dior, so find it hard to believe someone 3 years older than that would be getting about on a "little scooter"

Does she want a medal for being up since 6 to edit a video, Jesus Christ

It both amuses and astounds me that she genuinely thinks this is a serious career.

Now I am lucky enough to only have to work part time, but on the days I work I'm up at 4.30, and I drive 20 miles to get there. I choose to do this so I can be home in time to do the afternoon school run and spend time with my kids in the evening.

You don't need to be an "influencer" or "content creator" to spend time with your kids or be a good parent. You DO need to ensure your kids get an education, are well fed and appropriately clothed, and keep them safe. She seems to be failing on most of those counts.

You are SPOT ON!!! All these influencers that say they are lucky to have this "career" that fits in with family life etc and then proceed to blatantly invade their kids privacy, do not protect them and take them out of school for holidays that are "work" trips plus they have a "career" that never gives them time off, they film everything and anything for "content" including family holidays and they constantly have a phone or cameras in their hand or shoved in their child's face and we all know FAR more about the kids than we ever should.
Yes really lucky to have a job that allows you to totally exploit your kids- what an aspirational woman!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Give me my 20 hours a week part time jobs any day!! I might not get freebies (well, Actually I do sometimes!!) and days out etc but my kids have a decent education, are safe and their needs are met and they are loved equally. Can't really say that about Beggy and her kids can you?

This is always the bit that I don't understand, with umpteen influencer Mums. They go on about how their job allows them to be there for their kids etc yet they seem to have to "work" constantly. Remember when Beggy was "working" from a hospital bed? I work 35 hours a week, still see my son out to school every day and am home for him every day too (some hybrid working hours) and have every weekend off. Annual leave to cover holidays, sick pay, a pension etc. You know, the basics! Know which working life I'd rather have.

Thought Beaver was still bone idle bedridden? He's like Charlie's Grampa in Willy Wonka when Charlie wins the golden ticket and he leaps out of bed! He's made a miraculous recovery now since his garage floor is getting done. Sorry to anyone that is impressed by cars but it's literally a 2005 Honda Civic with like 90,000 miles on the clock, it's not a bloody Lamborghini!
His had the same vest top on for two weeks as well!!
