They could be mortgage free if his mum bought it and they're living there while he renovates it,so basically slaps some paint on the walls. She loves to brag when it comes to money,but i think they won't do a house tour because they can't afford to do the whole house. Also if they do have an only fans account, not showing some rooms could keep the OF page hidden

It was up for sale for almost 2 years I'm sure. I don't think whoever bought it (Beave's Mum!) Paid the asking price or even close to it? She just wants to try and be a smug cow, but do you know what Begs- I respect decent parents, parents that put their children first, parents that don't neglect their children in favour of flashing their flaps at strangers on the Internet 🤢 I feel nothing but disgust & pity for Rebecca Hobson. She has no life in amongst all the lies and fakeness!

If that is what's happened and they got the asking price for their house, even if they'd borrowed a bit extra and hadn't paid off much capital they'd still have had a couple of hundred thousand meaning mama beaver maybe only had to top them up with 100-200k, maybe she got a big payout when she divorced old man hobson and her current husband seems to have been some sort of speedway professional at some point..maybe that's good money
 
If they managed to somehow get asking or close on asking price for the shack, let's say they got £600k for it, they still must have had about £300k to pay for it, so £300k left over. I can't remember what the new house was up for but even if they got that for £400k, where are they whipping this extra £100k from?! That's not including solicitors fees and stamp duty. I honestly don't think Mother Beaver has bought it for them either. The only way I can believe it is if both parent beavers have banded together and gifted them say £50k each, for tax purposes. They may have done the same for sister beaver too at some point. IF it's true and it's a big IF, we all know it wasn't anything to do with the choices they made or "renovations" :ROFLMAO:

She's so full of tit. "We renovated it" DID YOU duck. You painted some manky kitchen cupboards and put a tit bathroom in. That is not a renovation. When we renovated, everything got ripped out back to bare brick. Insulated, damp coursed, plastered, new kitchen and bathroom, floors concreted, etc. And it took months of us working round our full time jobs, and eventually moving in whilst it was still half a building site. She hasn't got a clue.

She's beyond delusional and genuinely thinks they work hard 🤣🤣🤣. The only reason they turned a profit was cos of the massive inflated prices of houses in the current economy.

Despite how a few dickheads love to disagree on here, we'll be able to see what they got for both houses soon without too much trouble. And being mortgage free doesn't mean a lot when you're unemployed with 3 kids to keep
 
I wouldn’t be surprised if she means that SHE is mortgage free, because they couldn’t put her on the mortgage because she doesn’t declare her earnings. So Steve has probably had to get a mortgage with maybe his mum or dad as guarantor & also some ‘creative payslips & accounting’ from same parents.
 
The only way I could work out that they’d cleared the mortgage was if their mortgage was down to around £100k on the shack (thanks possibly to Steve’s dad putting money towards the original purchase and / or them selling another rental property), they got £600k for the shack, so equity of £500k and got the Hornsea place for between £400-450k.
Nothing to do with their renovation skills, just luck in rise in property prices and the Yorkshire Dales being a far more expensive place to buy property than Hornsea.
What does not make sense is why they didn’t sell up and buy in Skipton, as others have said. Moving so far away from friends and a lovely area is really odd.
 
Get it right you scruff it was the shack not the dungeon 🤣🤣🤣 renovated?? 😆😆😆 you had a broken aga, a tumbling down barn and woodworm. And if there was only a 100k mortgage on the shack, why was money so tight? That's pennies you scruffy slag.

I don't think I've ever saw her do day trips to like a theme park/zoo/waterpark or even like bowling, arcades, laser station (poor Alfie & his birthday trip that they couldn't afford ) or cinema. It was always a walk in the Dales and now it's a walk to the sorry excuse of a local beach.

But sure, mortgage free 🤥🤣

See I don't even know if it is....they could have got this, detached, where the kids could have had a bedroom each that's done out absolutely gorgeous inside for the same price roughly they've paid to move their life hundreds of miles away.

There's literally loads a similar size and spec in the dales for the 400/450 k mark.... I like the house where they are and think for once at least it's child friendly but even I'd say the front of this looks more 40k a month boss babe than the Hornsea house so the only conclusion that seems logical is that Steve's mum and stepdad have had some sort of hand in it as the prices are not that disparate to warrant moving a massive distance.

I find it odd that they move to Hornsea and bragging how well off they are mortgage free etc etc and the Sister has moved (last week) nearer family but was still having viewings on her House in Eggborough last week 🤷‍♀️. Has Momma Beaver been splashing some inheritance about to dodge the tax man. Alll too much of a coincidence to me
