Nil by mouth 24 hours pre op isn't the case at all. It's 6 hours for food and 2 for fluids in my trust. If someone fasted 2r hours pre op their BP would be in their boots.

This is the level of Beggy’s “overwhelm” 🤯

My kids create 10 times more mess than this. I just tidy it up at the end of every day though and nobody knows. Imagine 🤦‍♀️

She doesn't know what to write in a journal so needs to look for inspiration? Does she not understand what a journal is, you write down things you've done, things in your head things that are bothering you. I'd actually love to be so thick that i have nothing in my head at the end of a day. (Unless there's some new version of journaling that im too old to know about)

Ehhhhhhh! Now her jobs super flexible and she can work round the kids but a short while ago she had mum guilt and was feeling supah ovvuhhhwellllmd cos of all her deadlines 🥴 which is it 😂
