It actually cracks me up how deluded the pair of them are with it being on at this price when I lived in London my terrace house at a much nicer spec in a desirable location wasn’t far off this price. How do they think they can paint a few crumbling walls, do a botch job bathroom and ‘renovate’ a freezing cold room with an ancient rug and an ikea mirror justifies 300k on top of what they paid for it?

I was going to say the same. I’m sure when they first moved there she said it was going to be a playroom but it’s been completely unused all this time but now Ruuuuurmer is here she finds time to tidy it up (a bit) and use it. Mind you the golden child has more toys already in the 18 months she’s been here than Alfeh and Woodeh have ever had put together.

It’s not even a proper playroom. It’s a room where they have just dumped a pile of toys. No storage, no comfortable seating, beanbags, maybe a kids table & chair for crafts. It’s just a dumping ground because they’re too skint to actually create anything real.

She’s literally avoiding addressing the Elephant in the room isn’t she regarding the shack being for sale. When I see a picture of it from the outside it looks huge, and very picturesque- but step through the front door and it’s pretty woeful.
I’m surprised none of her sheep have questioned her listing? But then again we all know that Beggy asks all the questions on her Q&A’s anyway!!
