Me too after it was recommended on here. Do you, or anyone else, know if there's a way of searching for stuff on there. The homepage seems to shuffle its shows around and I lose track of what I was watching...🤔

Thanks about Chad. Someone was saying that people up for the Death penalty in Idaho are required to have two lawyers for their trial and when someone mentioned the Idaho 4 case. Someone also mentioned that there may be a conflict of interest for the lawyer for the suspect. FYI. This video is recently uploaded and there are four people in it talking about the Idaho 4 case and one out of four, I believe is a lawyer. Someone in the comments said that a few of the public defenders in Idaho state are working on the Lori Vallow and the Chad Vallow case and I was trying to see how many lawyers was on that case. Because one of the people talking about the case asked can't they just get a different lawyer for the suspect. But if they do they that lawyer is many miles away and Anne Taylor is ready coming two counties over and the next closest lawyer I heard about about 3 hours away or something like that. Thank you for your help. Yes I know do way too much thinking about that Idaho 4 case,. The Lori Vallow is sad to me. Idaho 4 is case too but Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell' cases are really sad because those two kids died. There is just so much going on with their case,.

They aren’t required to have two lawyers when the death penalty is in play. Just that at least one lawyer be death qualified, meaning they have tried death penalty cases on their own before. John Prior, Chad’s lawyer has not and has said he is hiring or has hired co-counsel. Lori was declared indigent a while ago and her lawyers are paid for by the state. Chad signed his house over to Prior and though the thinking is the value of the equity has long since been eaten up, Prior is staying on the case.

Idaho has over 400 public defenders. The only time it would get to be an issue is if you need someone death qualified as there are far fewer in that category. Chad can proceed with Prior despite him not being death qualified, though it would be better for him if he was.

I could have had him last year as it started on my original date. I had to apply to a Judge to defer a second time. I had a serious injury last year and just had a second surgery so couldn’t do it next month.
