Bit of a strange one but has anyone see the guy that does TikToks and talks and acts like a toddler, he sits crossed legged on the floor, I cant tell if he actually has a disability or its some kind of voice changer he's using. either way its disturbing as duck. I tried to ask what the deal was on his live and was instantly blocked. The name was like "SquareAndCircles" or similar to that I cant mind
